How long does it take before my order is shipped?

What happened to the VIP Discount Program?!

For the past 4 years, everyone who signed up for our newsletter or joined our private Facebook group was given access to a 20% off discount code that was good on all orders, including during sales.

While this program was a great success, the use of a coupon code system made it hard to offer you additional discounts, participate in group sales, and generally just added a ton of extra work due to Etsy and Shopify not allowing more than one coupon code at a time.

To solve this issue, we have discontinued the program, deactivated the coupon codes, and have instead reduced the price of all our products. We are now in the process of implementing a new loyalty points system and will make an announcement as soon as it's finished :)

Do you offer custom designs or color changes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept custom requests at this time, but if you have suggestions, please feel free to send us a message and we'll try our best to make them happen.

How much is shipping?

US Orders: $3.25 with tracking
Priority Available for additional charge
US orders over $35 get free shipping - no coupon required

Canada Orders: $10 with tracking
Everywhere Else: $12 with tracking
International orders over $50 get free shipping - no coupon required

Can you combine shipping?

If you have placed multiple orders and would like to have them combined, please contact us within 24 hours and we will try our best to ship them together and refund the postage on the other orders. Most orders are processed and packed up on the first day.

Do you offer local pickup services?

Due to safety concerns and the amount of time it requires to manage the additional processing and coordinating everyone's schedules, we do not offer this service.

What should I know about customs fees?

Anyone who purchases an item from our shop and lives outside of the US may be required to pay customs fees (even if your order is eligible for free shipping). It is the responsibility of the buyer to know their own countries fees and laws. If your package is returned due to failure to pay customs fees, you will be responsible for paying to have it re-shipped.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Due to the high number of orders we receive and how quickly we get them processed (within 24 - 48 hours) orders cannot be canceled or changed.

Oh no, I gave you the wrong address! What can I do?

If the wrong address was given and we haven't shipped your order yet, please contact us as soon as possible so we can void the label and create a new one.

If your package has already shipped there are two options:

  ▹ You can place a new order, which we will ship to the new address, and when the original order arrives back to us we will give a full refund of the item price (minus shipping because we still had to pay for the initial postage).

  ▹ We can wait for the package to be returned, and then re-ship it to the correct address, with the buyer paying for the new shipping label.

My package says it was delivered, but I can't find it. What now?

For US orders, sometimes the post office will mark a package as "Delivered" once it arrives at your local branch and before it's actually been placed in your mailbox. This is the case most of the time and it should be delivered within 24 - 48 hours.

If you live in an apartment or have a community mail center, please make sure to check with your neighbors or office manager in case it was dropped off in the wrong area, or was too large to fit in your mailbox.

If after 48 hours you are still unable to locate your package, please contact the USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) for assistance, and then send us a message and we will deal with each issue on a case by case basis.

There is an issue with my order. What can I do?

If your order is damaged during shipping or you received the wrong item, please take a photo of the problem and contact us as soon as possible so we can remedy the situation.

We try our very best to quality check every single sticker sheet that is created and pack every order safely and correctly. All of our items are handmade, so mistakes may happen from time to time. Just let us know and we'll make it right.

Can I buy your images as clipart?

At the moment we are not offering our sticker images as clipart, but we are working on a digital planner shop which should be open later this year. If you sign up for our newsletter you'll be the first to know when it's up and running.
